Echeveria 'Pinwheel' Highlights:
- Echeveria 'Pinwheel' forms a beautiful icy blue rosette that develops pink tips when grown in bright sunlight or exposed to drought or drops in temperature.
- Produces tall bloom stalk with pink flowers.
- Easily propagated from leaf and stem cuttings.
- Hardy to Zone 10 (30° F). Echeveria will not survive a hard frost. However, succulents can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below 30° F. If there is only a risk of freezing temperatures for a few days, most succulents do just fine outside if they are covered by frost cloth or a sheet until temperatures increase (I'm talking to you, Zone 9 friends).
Echeveria Care: As with all succulents, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Succulents should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes. Be sure to provide your Echeveria with plenty of bright sunlight to maintain its vibrant colors and compact form.

I really like Mrs. Meyer's Multi-Surface Spray--it works great for me, lasts a long time, and they smell so nice and light! I ran out the other day, and wondered if there was a concentrated version, and *obviously* I found it; the directions on the bottle (written vertically, in white font) are accurate in their description and there isn't any waxy residue left over, which I'm grateful for. It's also very gentle on your senses!
