What is included in the box?

The package includes e-PRIAM frame, PRIAM 4 seat pack, Rain cover, cup holder, bumper bar, PRIAM/e-PRIAM infant car seat/carry cot adapters, battery and charger.

How does the battery charging work?

A charging cable is included in the package. You can either charge the stroller directly or remove the battery from the rear axle to charge it separately. Never leave the e-PRIAM unattended while charging. Charge the battery until the indicator turns green.

Charging takes about 3.5 hours, but the first charge may take up to 6 hours depending on the initial battery level. Battery runtime varies based on factors like terrain, temperature, incline, and total load (child + basket items). It’s recommended to fully charge the battery at least once every 9 months.

Is the e-Priam heavier than the regular Priam?

Yes, the e-Priam is approximately 5 lbs heavier than the regular Priam due to the electric motor system and battery.

Warranty & Notes: Cybex products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship. Never leave the e-Priam unattended while charging. The rocking function low intensity should be used from birth until the child can sit unassisted (approx. 6–9 months).
