This post-emergent nutsedge herbicide is trusted for use on lawns, golf courses, sod farms, commercial landscapes, and landscaped areas with established woody ornamentals. It provides visible yellowing and browning in about 10 to 14 days, with full control often following within a few more weeks when applied to young, actively growing nutsedge.

SedgeHammer is known for excellent turf safety, low use rates, and season-long efficacy under normal pressure. It also suppresses kyllinga and horsetail, and can be tank mixed with certain non-selective, broad-spectrum, or post-crabgrass herbicides for broader weed control programs.
