- Dracaena ‘Art’ is a member of the popular Dracaena genus, a long-standing staple of interior landscapers. It is a newer variant of the Dracaena deremensis species. The Dracaena ‘Art’ is a hardy, low-light tolerant tropical office plant.
- It has long, arching dark green leaves with a vibrant yellow border. This plant can add a simple elegance to groupings or mass plantings. It looks great as a single specimen plant in a tall planter too.
- This plant’s popularity has grown in recent years. This may be due to several studies that have demonstrated the ability of plants to remove harmful chemicals from indoor air. Dracaena species, including ‘Art’ varieties, rank high on this list. Specifically, they can remove significant amounts of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Benzene, formaldehyde, and trichloroethylene are three common VOC’s. This chemicals are released into the air from flooring and furniture.
- Care of a Dracaena ‘Art’ is straightforward. This plant requires very little water. It should be watered only when the top 2-3 inches of soil feels dry. It prefers to be watered from the bottom, as the roots are concentrated at the bottom of the pot. Overwatering will cause the ends of the leaves to turn black, and the stems to root. The soil should be porous and well drained. If possible, give this plant water from the bottom only.
- This plant prefers medium light, but will tolerate low light if watered sparingly. The stems can be pruned when they get tall. New shoots will form from the site of the cut. The cuttings can be rooted in water, or directly in soil. Dipping the end of the cutting in rooting hormone before placing in the soil will increase the chance of success.

My Designs? Sublime. The Paper? Sublimation Perfection.
Size: 8.5"X11"
Prints clear, presses clean, and never lets me down—unless I’m the problem (which is often). I keep this stocked like toilet paper. You don’t want to run out mid-project.

Great Quality
Size: 8.5"X11"
This A-SUB sublimation paper is a great quality. I have been using it for many years and have had absolutely no issues. I use it with an Epson 2780 inkjet printer. I have never had a jamming issue or smudging.
