About the Thai Dragon Pepper
Thai Dragon is a Capsicum annuum variety valued for its upright-growing pods, prolific harvests, and strong heat. Plants remain relatively compact, typically growing around 2 feet tall, but can produce hundreds of slender peppers over the growing season.
Peppers usually grow 2–4 inches long, forming clusters of upward-facing pods. While similar in appearance to cayenne peppers, Thai Dragons are significantly hotter and deliver a bright, spicy heat with subtle fruity notes.
