Sansevieria ‘Night Owl’ is a compact cultivar of Sansevieria trifasciata (now often classified as Dracaena trifasciata) in the Asparagaceae family. It belongs to the Hahnii group, commonly called bird’s nest snake plants, which form short rosettes rather than tall upright leaves. This cultivar produces thick, succulent leaves arranged in a tight rosette, typically reaching around 25–60 cm in height. The foliage is broad and sword-shaped with a soft grey-green or silver-green tone, faint horizontal banding, and creamy or pale margins.
