The Hoya 'Black Margin' (often associated with the Hoya parasitica or Hoya verticillata family) is a sophisticated climber loved for its clean lines and dramatic edges. While often confused with 'Sunrise' due to its similar leaf shape, the 'Black Margin' is distinguished by its prominent dark green-to-black edges that frame each leaf.
Hoya 'Black Margin' is a tropical epiphytic vine. While the specific "Black Margin" cultivar is a selection favored by collectors, the parent species are native to the subtropical and tropical regions of Southeast Asia. It is a member of the Apocynaceae family, commonly known as "Wax Plants" or "Porcelain Flowers" due to their thick, waxy foliage and blooms.
Like most Hoyas, it produces clusters (umbels) of star-shaped, porcelain-like flowers. They are typically creamy white or pale pink with a sweet, spicy fragrance that becomes more intense in the evening.
-
Bright, indirect light. Can handle some gentle morning sun, which helps enhance the dark leaf margins.
Allow the soil to mostly dry out between waterings. Leaves will feel slightly flexible when the plant is thirsty.
Requires an extremely chunky, airy mix. A blend of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir is ideal.
Prefers 65°F to 85°F (18°C - 29°C). Protect it from temperatures below 50°F.
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
Good news for pet owners! Hoyas are generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs, though the milky sap can cause mild stomach upset if a large amount is consumed.

Zones 10-11 (Must be kept indoors in most climates).

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
