Can be used as a fresh cut or dried for everlasting arrangements. Amaranthus will self-sow if flowers spikes are not cut off before going to seed. The birds LOVE the seeds, and the deer will eat it for the protein once it goes to seed (Note: I used deer deterrent and they stayed away). I planted WAY too many last year, I'd recommend only two-three for personal use.
