Listing is for live organic, chemical free, Florida Spanish Moss harvested per order. A hardy grower, can handle more drier conditions and brighter filtered light to some sun or shadier conditions. Grows well indoors, hang by itself between other plants or with Vanda orchid from the baskets. Attach loosely to allow air flow. These Exotic Tropical Plants are an Easy-care plant that grows well most anywhere. Indoors just hang in an area with good air circulation, outdoors from tree branch, under screened area, can handle heavy rains to dry conditions, 90 degrees to short periods below 32. Color is a Silvery Grey when dry to have bright Green iridescent look when wet. Plants are one of the smallest Tillandsia but connect to each other to form long chain like growth of several feet and get very, very tiny bright green bloom. This plant is not a moss or lichen or fern, not a parasitic plant is an epiphyte Bromeliad, aka air plant that grows on trees same as orchids.

Plants have many uses from let dry and spray color for tropical decor effect if you do not want to maintain live plant. Makes good decorative covering around base of large potted plants or flower arrangements. Last two photos are examples of amount you receive in selecting a single bundle, about 11 - 12 oz, 1 quart bag, lengths are 3 - 4 feet as seen hanging on four-foot-high fence. Tillandsia can be grown indoors or out, can be placed in a tree (warm climates) greenhouse, window or well lighted room. Misting often is great but also please thoroughly drench twice a week. Tillandsia like to be soaked as they would get from Florida rainstorm and then get completely dry soon afterwards, cannot stay damp. Then be sure they are dried out before next soaking. This is an easy to grow Tilly.
