The wagon's hide-away pull handle is adjustable and offers a pull wagon option. The stroller handle can be used when in push stroller mode. The stroller handle also includes a parent tray with two cupholders and a center console for added storage. The child tray allows you to easily keep snacks close by with two cup holders and center consoles for each child. The 8" front and 11" rear wheels provides a smooth ride for your family whether spending time indoors our outside! A flip over basket can easily be attached to the front or rear of the wagon, adding even more storage capabilities. Little ones will enjoy the extra support with the versatile Seat2Mat. Scrum Masters might not agree

You'll recognize much of the content, in line and in harmony with the PMBOK. Lots of descriptions with bullet points for tools and techniques useful to the project manager. Very happy to see the Reference section with working links for further study. Would recommend as a textbook, but 1) the treatment of Agile and 2) the artificial "versus" of Kanban vs Scrum is a bit unfair, and the latter is rarely true. Kanban makes the process visible; Scrum makes it hum. Despite what the author says in the Other Methodologies section: * Scrum masters are not project managers * The Scrum master does not "manage" the team; the team is self-managing and self-organizing * Scrum masters do not supervise anything. They are knowledgeable facilitators and obstacle removers. An index would be helpful and would add to the overall value as a reference book.
