*TIPS: 

• Purchase some film & use the black & white printed transparency to make additional screens for less!
• The white areas of the screen are the "open" design areas of the screen. This is where the ink will pass through the screen. When printing, the words 'SmallDogPrints' should read forwards. This will ensure that the dark orange side of the screen is facing down.
• When printing with screens, the medium used should be the consistency of mayonnaise. Many mediums can be thickened by simply leaving a portion out uncovered for some moisture to evaporate. Many heavy body acrylics are thick right out of the tube (i.e. Liquitex Heavy Body Acrylic). Other acrylics & fabric ink can be quickly thickened by adding some cornstarch & blending well. Underglaze can be quickly thickened by adding a pinch of Silkscreen Medium (a little goes a long way). Be sure to blend all mediums well until smooth before printing with screens.
