This terrarium kit is a perfect way to start your own moss garden. The glass sphere ball has a diameter of 20 cm / 7.87" and comes with lava rocks, sphagnum, and pebble rocks, giving you everything you need for a thriving live moss terrarium.

Please note: plants are not included. 

How to use it: put the lava rocks at the bottom < sphagnum (sink it in water and squeeze water out) < moss and other plants (you do not need to cut the moss; it is better to have a little soil in the moss roots.

How to water such a terrarium: Please keep the water high up to the sphagnum level.

Suitable plants: Leucobryum moss (this is a kind of moss that needs a close terrarium, and it grows well in this terrarium) and other moss, carnivorous plants (pitcher plant, venus fly traps, Drosera), begonia, etc.   Drosera and begonia even bloom in a month. 

I put this set in an LED grow light set (you can find it in my shop).
