DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add organic Blue Lotus Flowers to cup. Cover the flowers in cold water to protect the flower. Pour in hot water (80°-90°C) & steep for 5-10 minutes. Set an intention for what you would like this Sacred Herb to bring into your experience & enjoy. Also can be smoked
