Jalapeño Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is a medium-sized chili pepper that originates from Mexico. The name jalapeño comes from Xalapa, the capital of Veracruz, where this variety was historically cultivated. Today, it is grown widely around the world, especially in warm climates like those of Texas and California. Jalapeños are typically harvested when green, but if left on the plant, they mature into shades of red, orange, or yellow, becoming sweeter with time.
The plant has an upright, bushy habit and usually grows to a height of 2 to 3 feet. Each plant can yield around 25 to 35 peppers in one season. The peppers themselves are thick-walled and measure about 2 to 3 inches long. Compared to other members of the Capsicum annuum species like bell peppers or cayenne, jalapeños stand out for their thicker flesh and moderate heat level—ranging between 4,000 to 8,500 Scoville Heat Units. This makes them especially good for grilling, stuffing, or adding a kick to salsa.
Jalapeños grow well in containers, making them suitable for small-space or patio gardening. They thrive in full sun, well-draining soil, and with consistent watering. In USDA zones 10 to 11, they can be grown as perennials, while in cooler zones they are best treated as annuals. With their glossy foliage and colorful fruits, jalapeño plants can double as both ornamental and productive additions to indoor or outdoor spaces.
-
Jalapeños need plenty of direct sunlight—at least 6 to 8 hours a day—to produce well. Outdoors, they do best in a sunny, sheltered location; indoors, place them near a south-facing window or under a grow light.
Keep the soil evenly moist but not soggy. Let the top inch dry out between waterings to avoid root issues.
They prefer warm temperatures between 70 and 85°F. Protect from temperatures below 55°F, especially at night. Grows as a perennial in zones 10–11; in other zones, grow as an annual or overwinter indoors.
Use loose, well-draining potting soil enriched with compost or aged manure. A slightly acidic to neutral pH (6.0 to 7.0) works best.
Fertilize every two weeks during the growing season using a balanced liquid fertilizer. Reduce feeding once fruiting begins to avoid excess foliage growth at the expense of peppers.
This plant is not toxic, but the peppers contain capsaicin which can irritate skin and eyes—handle with care, especially around pets or children.

Soft, fluffy and surprisingly comfortable
Color: White, Size: Queen (Pack of 2), Color: White, Size: Queen (Pack of 2)
I really liked these pillows. I tried to show different things in my photos because I wanted people to see the details: the design, how fluffy they are, and how full and thick they actually look. They are so full that the pillowcase even looks tight once you put it on, which I actually loved because they look luxurious and well-filled.
At first glance they look very thick and high, but once you lay down they feel soft and fluffy instead of hard. They adjust comfortably and feel very cozy whether you’re sleeping, relaxing, or even reading before bed.
I think they offer a really good balance because they feel supportive without being stiff. Of course, pillow preference is very personal—some people like lower pillows and others like higher ones—but for someone who likes fuller pillows that are still soft and comfortable, these are great.
They are spacious, cozy, and feel like a very good purchase overall. I honestly don’t have any complaints so far. Definitely happy with them.

Great quality pillows. Very difficult wrapping.
Color: White, Size: King (Pack of 2)
The Pillows are the real deal. Very fluffy but with good support. I was surprised by the weight of the box they came in, pretty heavy so you know there’s good quality pillows inside.
The one negative is that the pillows are packed in very very tight plastic because they come compressed. But the thing is, it’s really a chore to open them. You have to be careful not to cut through the plastic to the material, but the plastic is put on so incredibly tight that it’s even hard to get your finger underneath.
But I found a way to open them. Near the top, insert A very flat metal ruler as far in as you could get it. Then cut through the plastic that’s above the metal ruler. That prevents a sharp tool from damaging the pillows. As you get through the plastic above the ruler, keep pushing the ruler further down into the package. Believe me, this simplifies what could be a very difficult unpacking. I am very surprised that the company that makes them does not insert the type of opener that you find on boxes you receive in the mail or even packages that you get from the grocery store where you just pull a tab and that opens the package.
These are really good pillows, but you must be very careful about using a sharp object when opening the box and when trying to cut through the plastic. I am a strong man and have the tools needed, a very flat metal ruler, and a box cutter, knife, or razor. Good luck. !!

Comfy, supportive pillow.
Color: White, Size: Queen (Pack of 2)
The 2 queen sized pillows fluffed right out of the package. Very soft to the touch like laying your head in a marshmallow, nice support, and so comfortable. My neck did not hurt and I rested good. I usually use a My Pillow but these are just as nice.

Fabulous and Fluffy
Color: White, Size: Queen (Pack of 2), Color: White, Size: Queen (Pack of 2)
Fabulous and fluffy pillows.... they feel like clouds, clouds snatched right out of heaven. Just the right amount of fluff and just the right amount of firmness! they are good weight , they weigh what you would expect a biggo pillow to weigh. The vacuumed seal does not diminish the quality of these pillows. Very easy to use. They're white and they'll fit your bed perfect (no im not sponsored LOL) I'm just saying that these pillows are wonderful, I highly recommend. The art water resistant but I wouldn't expect pillows of comfort to be water resistant anyway cuz why would your bed be wet enough for that. A very fancy private institution where doctors would study him yeah
