 Customization is not available for Ready-to-Ship items. 

We use high-quality double-walled stainless steel tumblers that will keep your drinks cold up to 24 hours and hot up to 8 hours. Tumblers are hand glittered and sealed with FDA Approved Epoxy. In most cases also layered with vinyl and sealed with FDA Approved Epoxy once again to give it a smooth, shiny finish. 

TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- HAND WASH ONLY

- DO NOT DROP. The epoxy is sturdy but not indestructible, if dropped it can crack, chip or even shatter. Please handle your tumbler like you would a glass mug. I cannot repair dropped tumblers.

- DO NOT SOAK

- DO NOT SCRUB with harsh surfaces such as a “Brillo pad”

- Epoxy is heat-sensitive - do not leave in a hot car or in direct sunlight for a prolonged amount of time.

All orders are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible if items are shipped on time yet don't arrive on time. However, we will do our best to investigate all shipping issues. 

Our items are very well packaged. We are not responsible for damages that occurred via postal services. If damage is to occur, a claim will need to be processed and approved and we will gladly remake your tumbler.  

Please note shipping times before purchase as they vary based on the volume of orders I have at the time you purchase. Shipping time can vary between2-3 business days.
