A popular houseplant that is suitable for beginners to pro level gardeners. Native to forests found in southern Mexico and Panama, it has made it's way to many tropical forests around the world. Monstera are widely known for their fascinating leaf pattern-  also nicknamed the "fruit salad" plant. The "Deliciosa" refers to the word "delicious" referring to it's edible fruit. The leaves on young plants are smaller and entire with no lobes or holes, but soon produce lobed and fenestrate (openings to the leaf) leaves as they grow.

This plant requires weekly watering. (Feel the soil to determine if it needs a drink)
Monstera will do well under covered patios, or indoors in a room with bright indirect light, it can also adapt to lower light conditions. (direct sun can cause burns on the foliage)

Approximately 60- 75cm in height. (From base of pot to top of plant) 
Height and width may vary seasonally.

CARE:

Requires indirect, bright light and can also adapt to lower light.
