Being so forgiving, it will tolerate bright light about half the time. If kept in low light conditions half the year and bright light conditions the other half, it is perfectly happy! (Hint: Placing it outdoors in the summer, it will tolerate any indoor light conditions you keep it in during the winter.) Plant prefers to dry out between waterings due to its succulent nature.
