The brighter the light you provide your Tradescantia plant, the more flowers it will produce. If it’s not getting enough light, the brightly-colored foliage will begin to fade. It is native to Mexico, South America, and Central America.

Recommendations for growing success:

Watering: Water completely and allow the soil to dry partially before watering again. This plant doesn’t like to dry out, but it also doesn’t like to be constantly wet.

Temperature: Between 55° and 75°F

Watering: Keep soil consistently moist, do not let this plant dry out!

Lighting: Bright indirect sunlight
