Give it a soak, then let the soil dry out again before you water. For soil, well-draining soil is a must. A cactus or succulent mix works perfectly, and if you want to go the extra mile, add a bit of perlite or pumice for even better drainage.
California Sunset is easy to propagate, making it a perfect plant to share! For leaf propagation, twist off a healthy leaf from the base, ensuring a clean break. Let it dry for 1–2 days to form a callus, then place it on top of well-draining soil. For stem propagation, cut a healthy stem, let it callus for a day or two, then plant it in soil.
