Growing Information: Requires cold stratification before seeding. (2-4 weeks of refrigeration.) Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow seeds 1/4" deep and cover with dome or plastic film until emergence. Can also be sown directly in early spring, spacing plants 10" apart. Seeds can be sown outdoors in the late fall to satisfy cold period required for spring germination.
