Red Oakleaf Lettuce, a visually striking and versatile variety, boasts origins rooted in the Mediterranean region. What sets it apart are its deeply lobed, frilly leaves that bear a striking resemblance to the shape of oak leaves. As this lettuce matures, its leaves undergo a captivating transformation, transitioning into a vibrant and inviting shade of red. This visual spectacle not only adds an element of elegance to gardens but also elevates the presentation of culinary creations.

In terms of taste, Red Oakleaf Lettuce delivers a mild, slightly sweet flavor profile, with a subtle nutty undertone that enhances its appeal. These characteristics make it an excellent choice for various culinary applications. Whether you're crafting vibrant salads, layering it in sandwiches, or wrapping it in flavorful wraps, its tender leaves provide a satisfying crunch and pair harmoniously with a range of dressings and ingredients.

Cultivating Red Oakleaf Lettuce from seed requires specific growing conditions for optimal results. It thrives in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil with a pH range of 6.0 to 7.0. Planting the seeds in early spring or late summer, depending on your local climate, is essential. Adequate spacing, consistent moisture, and partial to full sun exposure are vital factors that contribute to the healthy growth of this lettuce variety.

When it comes time to harvest, simplicity reigns. You can pluck individual leaves as needed for various dishes or trim the outer leaves, encouraging a continuous cycle of regrowth. Red Oakleaf Lettuce not only adds visual charm to your garden but also contributes a refreshing and flavorful dimension to your culinary creations.

Love the look of these
Size: 24in-Shelve
I love the look of these. Bought for towel storage over my toilet. They look really classy and I'm so happy with them. However, its important to note that the wall anchors they provide are way too big for the screws. The screws just fall into the inside of the anchor without even being screwed in. So there's no way you could secure the wall unit with the ones provided. We had to replace the anchors with some I already had. Other than that very happy with the quality and look.

Great shelf
Size: 24in-Shelve
I’m a fan! Good quality, sturdy shelf, very easy to assemble and put on the wall. I recommend having a second person to help hold the shelf while you get the first few screws in, just to keep it level. I love the larger shelf space, it gives me a lot more storage for the bathroom.

Great Product!
Size: 3tiers-Shelves, Size: 3tiers-Shelves
This shelf system is an awesome option if you're looking for an industrial/rustic vibe. It's feels super well made and was easy to assemble. The finish on the wood is fantastic! All the hardware for mounting was there and even if you have minimal experience mounting brackets and hardware to the wall - this was still very easy. I especially appreciated the "U" brackets to secure the wood shelves to the posts - that was an unexpected extra that I was very happy to see included. Unfortunately because of space and the way my wife wanted these spaced, we didn't use the third shelf, but we're definitely going to find some place else in the house to mount that later. Overall, if you like this decor - I would definitely recommend this item!

This book will crush infertile couples
Format: Paperback
I don't know how this book has a 5-star review rating. It's poorly researched and lacks any depth on the very subject it's supposed to be dealing with. The first section on Birth-Control just goes on and on about how Children are a Blessing and a Reward from God. And it says in one of the footnotes that the only reason couples shouldn't have kids is if the wife has a medical condition that would make pregnancy life-threatening or they are too old when they got married. Infertility isn't even mentioned. In the section on Infertility, there is NO research on how common it is, what causes it, etc. It's just Infertility is hard on women, and men will never quite understand why. And then on ARTs, they are treated as a guarantee that a couple will have kids if they do the treatment. The one and only stat he cites in this section is on IVF and he clearly read the information wrong. He didn't look to see what the difference is between cycles and transfers and said that IVF has over a 50% success rate in women under 34. That number is way too high and will only cause false hope, and misunderstandings about childless couples. And some of his research was from 2007, making it out of date in this cutting-edge technology.
