Shatavari roots are used in Ayurvedic medicine for hormonal balance, lactation support, menstrual health, and as a general tonic and adaptogen. Roots are dried and powdered into Shatavari churna.
Soak seeds in water for 24 hours before sowing. Plant 1–2 cm deep in well-drained, loamy soil. Keep moist and in warm conditions (25–32°C). Germination takes 14–21 days.
Shatavari is a slow crop — tuberous roots are ready for harvest after 2–3 years. However, it is a beautiful perennial climber that grows actively year-round in warm climates.
Shatavari grows naturally in tropical and subtropical India. It prefers warm, humid conditions, well-drained slightly sandy soil, and a trellis or support for its climbing stems.

I would recommend these sandals & wonder if I should stock up in case they stop making this style??
