Made entirely from estate-grown grapes rooted in gravelly, sedimentary soils, this sparkling wine reflects careful, herbicide free vineyard practices. The grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, with the juice settled and fermented slowly in stainless steel at cool temperatures. A second fermentation using the Charmat method brings its lively bubbles to life. This Prosecco Rose is dry and elegant, with bright notes of white peach, crisp raspberry, and a hint of watermelon rind. The finish is long, clean, and refreshingly crisp.
